Responsibilities
|
- Participate and assist in software analysis and design
- Write and review unit test cases
- Implement software design
- Provide technical guidance to software engineers on complex software issues
- Adhere to best practices and coding standards
- Conduct unit testing
- Conduct code review
- Participate in and assist team leader in integration
- Adhere to defined processes and assist software engineers in following them
- Understand steps to reproduce bugs (QA Interaction)
- Perform set up tasks along with software engineers
- Assist team leader in configuration management

Experience/Skills
|
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong technical concepts
- Software engineering concepts
- Strong business communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience writing complex queries and working with SQL to support application or reporting needs
- Experience working in an Oracle environment, with specific work experiences using PL/SQL and SQL*Loader
- Background in Unix environment preferred.
