Responsibilities
|
- Manage and own the testing effort for projects assigned to him/her
- Work with project managers & test manager to create testing estimates and plan testing activities
- Ensure conformity to Solutions' testing process
- Facilitate creation and validation of testing related artifacts for a project
- Coordinate with various project stakeholders to achieve high testing quality
- Evaluate best test practices and help implement the same within the organization.
- Help build testing competency within the organization
- Mentor team members in their development

Experience/Skills
|
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong testing concepts and process orientation
- Strong leadership skills as well as demonstrated ability to function as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills required in managing critical relationships and activities
- Knowledge of testing tools by Mercury: WinRunner and LoadRunner are desirable
- Strong software engineering concepts

Qualifications
|
- CSTE/CQA certifications would be an asset
- A bachelor's degree in engineering from a premier institute
